How to force an uninstall?

Everytime I go to "Add or Remove Programs" and try to uninstall Microsoft Office Professional, the uninstaller starts and then stops, saying "Installer terminated prematurely". I can't get this off my computer?

Is there a way to wipe this crap of my computer?!

You might have processes running that are linked to office. Restart in safe mode and try.

I had a similar problem with Norton System Works and had to finally do a reinstall.

the uninstaller may be corrupt, try repairing the installation with your CD (assuming you have a CD) and then uninstall again, also do what Mill said and make sure you dont have a loader or something running on your system tray.
