I can;t find an answer for this and the most obvious things to do, I have already done.

The programs I Rockstar Games Social Club, No matter what I do or how many times I disable it from Msconfig or delete the startup registry, it's always there on boot and makes my PC lag on boot because of it. I want to FORCE it to not run on boot, but I can't figure out how. AFAIK that program is a MUST for starting the GTA4 exe

I found a couple of posts here which can help in stopping Rockstar Games Social Club to run at start-up. (Be sure to read through the posts though).

That's sounds more like a virus or malware then a normal program. Anyway one way around it is to create a new user and see if that APP fires up when you do this. I have done this many times when I was to lazy to reinstall a partially pooched OS or to cure an annoying problem such as this with great success.

I have seen some malware recreate the problem on bootup usually by still having an obscure file(s) on your system and registry entry's that reinstall the problem so I think best way for you is to get use all these prior posts to get the files and registry items found and removed.
