How to force a program to boot up at start?

I am trying to build a karaoke media PC. I do not see an option of the software that allows me to boot it on start. Is there a command or way for me to force it to boot up the program immediately when Windows load up? This is Windows XP.

Put a shortcut to it in the Startup folder in the Start menu.
