How To For Assembling New PC

Ok, So I'm almost ready to build my new pc & while I'm comfortable doing so, I've never did it before. I've replaced almost everything internally before, with the exception of the Mobo & CPU. Is there a good online "how to" guide somewhere?

Also, I bought a retail Venice 3200+ with fan/hs. Will I still need to apply a thermal paste, or is the sticker thing it comes with the way to go?

If you bought a retail CPU, then there should be stock heat paste applied to the HSF, it may not be the best, but it will do the job well unless you're OCing.
