darn nba mobile wont let me watch games because i am in canada.

it always asks "allow this app to locate me??"

Is there any way I can spoof my location.

I think it's more ISP than your actual "iPod location". They probably block your ISP.

Well on computer, they block my IP however I use ultrasurf or hotspot to bypass it. But on iPod, I'm almost certain they dont.

If you're on your iPod, then you're using whatever WiFi you have in your house, and it will use the same IP as your desktop computer. But if you have access to a VPN outside of your ISP, then you can set your iPod to VPN there.
