How to flash video bios?

My friend gave me his modified bios for the 7800gt. Basically its gonna raise the voltage to 1.5 v. I tried putting the file on ****.rom on the floppy but nothing happened when i tried booting from the floppy.

Need to use a flashing tool, but I'm not sure which ones will work with your card and that BIOS.
