how to flash my BIOS with win2k?

DONT use any windows bios flasher's they are notoriously bad, whether its user error or its just bad software.. they dont work well.. i have that board, i suggest you just use aflash, you can dl it off abit's site along with the latest bios, jus copy aflash and the latest .awd file to a boot disk, boot up, run aflash, and it will tell you what to do from there .. good luck ..

Just head to www.bootdisk.com. It seems like a mantra around 'ere.
