how to flash my BIOS with win2k?

Most BIOS from Abit have the whole flash program avail on their site. All it took to flash my KT7-raid was downloading the latest flash prog and running it. The program setup a bootdisk and the flash files. All I had to do was boot with the disk in the floppy and cross my fingers the power wouldnt go out in the middle of the flash!

I agree with getting a boot disk and setting your bios to boot off a:. if you do not have a dos boot disk, you can download one from www.bootdisk.com and they have tons of bootdisk variations. Then put the flash program, the new flash bios and the boot disk one one floppy, and then just follow the instructions given by you manufacterer.
