how to flash mobo bios back to stock?

i was wondering how do i reset the mobo so that its the same as when it was orignally purchased? i flashed it with the new bios, but i didn't backup the old bios. i just want the mobo to be the same as new. is there anyway to do this?

You'd have to download the old bios and flash it to that.

Just curious, but why would you want to do that?

computer crashes when i leave it on overnight. don't know what causing it. started happening after i flashed bios. so imma try to flash it back.

is there anything i could do change everything back to stock settings? i think i changed some stuff around in bios before also.
