How to? Flash Lite-On 32x CD-RW to 40x

Hi, I have a 32x Lite-On CDRW and I know there is a flash to make it a 40x CDRW. I have the .bin (called XSU1.bin) that is the flash, but I don't know how to flash it. Is there a utility that I need? I looked all over but can't find the answer. If somebody has done this first-hand, please let me know. Thanks.

have you checked out www.cdrinfo.com ? They should have the utility you need, or at least point you to where you can download it (check out their "firmware upgrade" section)
