How to flash BIOS

Ok well i need to update my bios for various reasons, and I have downloaded the latest version from Gigabyte and have the BIOS (@bios) utility.

I backed up my current bios onto a flash drive and I want to now update. I used the utility and clicked "update bios from file" and it wants me to select it.. but I'm not sure what file I should select.

The BIOS I downloaded have these files:
autoexec.bat
flashpi.exe
m79xud4p.f9

do I pick the .exe or the .f9?
probably a stupid question but i want to make 100% sure I don't mess up my computer.

using windows 7 ultimate 64bit if that matters

Check Gigabytes web site for instuctions on how to flash the bios. There should be a step by step walkthrough of how to use tyhe flash utility.
