How to flash BIOS without floppy?

Have a NFS-7 v2 and want to flash to the latest BIOS. ABIT says to flash BIOS need to boot from the floppy. Problem is I don't have a floppy. Is there a site wxplaining alternate ways or can someone kindly tell me how to do it?

Make a bootable CD-Rom and copy the file to it. Just set in teh bios to boot from CD-Rom BEFORE harddrive

That's the way to do it - I have a laptop with no floppy - that's how I did it.

I am having trouble finding a site that's up to tutor the process of making a bootable cd

You can flash your bios from Windows using Flashmenu , your board supports it.
