How to flash BIOS on Ti4400

Help me ease my aspirin intake 😉 I bought a PNY Ti4400 (I know, I know, yikes) from someone, and I'm experiencing artifacts on the screen (in bootup, mobo BIOS, Windows). My other GF4, MSI Ti4400, doesn't do it on both my PC, so it is not a factor of other components, but the PNY card itself. The BIOS version on the PNY card is 4.25.00.22.37. Anyone know if BIOS from other card manufacturer (MSI, Visiontek, Gainward...etc) will work with the PNY card? Or do I have to use strictly PNY BIOS to flash it back to an older BIOS version? Card is not OC'ed since I got it, but it might've been OC'ed when the other guy had it. I have no receipt so RMA to PNY will be difficult. TIA.

GF4 BIOS Flashing Procedure

In that procedure it has you dump your current BIOS to a .bin file and then modify it but you can easily just find a reference BIOS for any GF4 Ti 4400 card and flash your card with it.

OR you could PM me with your email address and I could email you all the files you'd need to flash your BIOS using either MY PNY GF4 Ti 4400 default BIOS code or my slightly modified PNY GF4 Ti 4400 BIOS code.

I'll be glad to help if you want it. 🙂
