Well the thing somehow got rusted I guess and I tried to push it down, I got it down but then it wont go back up and now its stuck like this.

The Shower part works just "Low flow" the bottom shoots out water.

I believe the whole thing can be unscrewed. Grab the faucet and turn it counter-clockwise.

so your shower is permanently on even though the pull plunger thing is pushed down?

:hmm: They usually use plumber's tape so there's a really good seal between the faucet and the pipe it's screwed onto.

I'm no plumber, but maybe it's possible the other end of that horizontal pipe is turning.

Half of them unscrew from the pipe, and the other half have a set screw holding them on from underneath.

You can get a replacement faucet for like $10.

Look underneath and see if you can see a set screw holding it on to the pipe.
If not, unscrew it, but it will be hard to get it started.

This. Just had to replace one myself two weeks ago.

There should be a screw inside that diverter spout accessible through a small hole in the bottom. You need to loosen that screw otherwise, when you turn it, that screw digs into the copper pipe that it's all connected to. (presuming that it's the normal diverter spout)

Once you loosen the screw, the spout is threaded onto another piece inside that makes the connection to the copper tubing, and the diverter MAY just unscrew from the inner mechanism...or the whole thing may just pull off.
