Step 1
Connect iPhone to PC
Use USB to connect your iPhone to the laptop/PC. Presently, the ‘iTunes’ logo will pop up on the laptop/PC screen.
Step 2
Put the Phone into ‘Recovery Mode’
Now, put the phone into ‘Recovery Mode’ by holding down the ‘Sleep/Wake’ button and the ‘Volume-Down’ button till the Apple logo appears on the screen. Subsequently, the Apple logo gives away to iTunes icon on your iPhone screen.
Step 3
Open ‘iTunes’ and Select ‘Restore iPhone’
Now, select ‘iTunes’ on your laptop. Thereafter, click ‘Restore iPhone’ to restore your phone in the ‘Recovery’ mode.
