Step 1
Connect iPhone to PC

Step 2
Put the Phone into ‘Recovery Mode’
Now, put the phone into ‘Recovery Mode’ by holding down the ‘Sleep/Wake’ button and the ‘Volume-Down’ button till the Apple logo appears on the screen. Subsequently, the Apple logo gives away to iTunes icon on your iPhone screen.
