How to fix [i]Sacrifice[/i]lock up?

I recently bought Sacrifice. PLaying the tutorials went fine. However, when I went to play the campaigns, the game would lock up after awhile (5-10 min).

I have a PIII 500 w/ 256RAM, MatroxG400 w/32 ram. It's not the fastest thing out there. But I think it should be more than enough to run the game. Is there a bug in the game that someone is aware of? Thanks.
