How to Fix Face Time Issues in iOS 12

Are you encountering face time issue after upgrading to iOS12? You are not the only user facing this problem; rather it is a common issue with iOS 12. The latest version of FaceTime in iOS 12 has become a serious problem for the iPhone users. They cannot use FaceTime to work, make calls nor use other features. Here’s how you fix this issue and enjoy an error free app.

Step 1
Click ‘Settings’

Before fixing the problem, ensure whether you have a quality internet connection because both iMessage and face time requires high speed internet connection to work effectively. In order to check this, go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Wi-Fi’ connection and turn off the Wi-Fi.

Step 2
Restart ‘Device’

After turning off the ‘Wi-Fi’ connection, reboot your device. Press the ‘Slide to Power off’.

Once the device has turned on, again go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Wi-Fi’ connection and turn on the Wi-Fi. It should work fine now. However, when it is not working, you can try out the next solution.

Reset ‘Settings’

When the above technique doesn’t work for you, you can try resetting your ‘Network Settings’.
This will delete the previously existing settings and is most likely going to resolve the issue. Apparently, there are exceptional cases which require a different approach.

Update ‘Carriers’

Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘About’.

If there is any update required for your device, you should update. Updating the carriers most often resolves your face time problem.
