how to fix corrupt mpeg file

trying to put multiple vcd files on a dvd using ulead dvdfactory 2
recently came across an episode where the mpeg fail to be converted
so far, tried vcdgear (x)fix mpeg errors option but that did not work

resulting file end up w/ no audio

looking for suggestion/another program to fix this file
