I'm not sure how to get it to fit... I supposed you could make a duct for it, but I'm not sure how you'd get the duct around the heatsink(could tape or glue it)...

i saw this on a website...i dont know if it'll work in your case but it might (i dont remember what hsf the article was on)... but you unscrew the 60mm fan from the heatsink, and with those screws attach a 80mm fan grill on there, and attach the 80mm fan to the grill

I used elastic bands. :)
It works perfectly fine, except certain kinds will cut on the heatsink. So as soon as you hear the ping from them breaking, get ready to shut down before the fan falls off. :)
I have good ones on there now though, the sink can't cut em and the fan is way better than any 60mm, not to mention quiet.

I put an 80 inplace of the original 60 and built a shroud to do it. You can see the pic at:
Shroud Picture

Note: the image isn't the greatest (and it's big too!). The dotted lines are folds, it's a direct scan of the pattern I worked from. I made it from sheet metal (there's a fold at one end that will fold over and can be soldered to the other end once it's folded. The pattern looks strange, but trust me it works. The dimensions of the rectangular, middle boxes are 80mm x 36mm, and the trapezoidal ones are 80mm on the long side and 60mm on the short side. Once the tabs on the top are folded over (I soldered them too) you can drill through them to allow mounting of the 80x80 fan. You'll have to mark the holes to mount it to the sink as best you can find. I used the original aluminum piece as a template. Best I can suggest is print it, cut it out and play with the folding until you can make it look like a box!
