Go to the motherboard manufacture's website. More info should be there.I'm doing my first DIY computer build. I would like to order the mobo from Amazon but would like to know which revision number I will be receiving. I've looked on the Amazon order page and there is no mention of it that I can find. Any idea how to find it?
That really won't do any good. The mobo I'm looking at has 5 revisions of the same model. The manufacturer can't tell me what revision # of that model Amazon is going to sendGo to the motherboard manufacture's website. More info should be there.

Great tip! Thanks. The V3 is less likely to have an older BIOS too which is why I was looking for a later revision#!Is there a reason you aren't going for the Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX V3? It is the same cost as the V2, and it appears to have only one revision (rev 1.5) as opposed to the 5 revisions of V2.
