I'm looking for local auction results on residential property. Do i have to go through the auction lister for this info? Or is there a site that organizes this info?

I subscribe to realttrac, zillow & loopnet but none can get me complete info.

Anyone have tps for narrowing down neighborhoods and finding auction results.
 
How close to real-time does the data have to be made available? The municipality or county's auditor or assessor should have records of land transfers.
