how to find processor info in linux

i'm at work and i need to figure out what processors are in various machines in our compute farm. i can't physically go into the server room 'cause it's 1000 miles away. i can't ask anybody 'cause nobody seems to know. i know there is a command OTHER THAN uname but i can't remember what it is. any ideas?
