How to find out the amount of video memory

I have a laptop with 16mb memory. The memory is upgradeable and I am going to put in a new amount. Is there any program that allows me to see the amount of video memory in my computer?
 
Oops, in XP Pro, it tells me the video memory under device manager advanced on Radeon Mobility.

Is this accurate or just on initial install of drivers/hardware?
