how to find out real speed of mem??

I have 128mb & 64mb (pc100 both) on my pc.
I have set 2-2-2 in BIOS. MBM5 reports 128mb stick runs at 100, but 64mb runs at 125.

Could this report right? Can two sticks run in different speed??

or how to measure real speed of RAM??
