I had Dell 1905FP anandtech even has a review up... dispite what they say in review games are worthless on it - especially RPG's with scrolling all colors and objects just blend together while scrolling. Movies likewise....It awesome for everything else. Great color, razor sharp brightness and contrast. Strictly a 2D monitor which it excels at. It uses samsungs S-PVA 8bit panel which is superior to TN in evertyhting but speed and price of course.

any place where IPS panels are abundant...couldn't find many mentioned...or maybe i didn't look hard enough. Will it say what type of panel it is in the specs? Can you name a few IPS panels of the top of youre head?
