I got stuck filming a wedding. I used the church's camcorder, one of those sony's that record directly to dvd. Now, i don't have access to the camcorder, and I need to finalize the dvd. With nero, i've managed to save the tracks from the open session of the DVD, and i renamed the extension of the largest track (1.2GB) to mpg, and WMP shows the video as being only 11sec even though it plays for the full 30min. I wouldn't need to finalize the DVD because i managed to get the video, but Premiere only lets me play 11sec of the full 30 min
So i need to:
- Finalize the DVD without the camcorder. (I tried "close VR" in Nero, but i think that just kille d the disk, that disk only had like 2 min from the wedding, so no big deal there)
Or
- Find a way to have the video show up as being 30 min instead of 11sec so I can edit it in Premiere. (In WMP, the progress bar gets all the way to the end (11sec), but it keeps on playing the 30 min normally).
So i need to:
