How to feed sound from pc to Dell 2408wfp

Hello guys,

I recently purchased a Dell 2408WFP along with a ps3 slim and i connect the two via a HDMI cable. Because the game audio is fed directly to the monitor, I now connect my pc speakers to the audio out port on the Dell monitor. Is there anyway i can reconfigure this setup so that I can also feed my pc sound to the Dell monitor and consequently reuse the same set of speakers? My Altec Lansing speakers have only one type of output (the regular audio jack plug).

A kludgy fix would be to use a Y adapter to connect the monitor, and PC output. If the monitor doesn't have a line-in port, that's the only way I know.
