How To Extract TIFF Image from MDI ?

A friend sent me a photo as an attachment which I have in Outlook Express. The photo was sent in a Microsoft Document Imaging Page. There was no text in the document, just a TIFF image. In other words, there is a photo against a gray background with a pane dividing the page.

I want to be able to save (into MY PICTURES), or e-mail as an attachment, just the photo -- not the whole document. I've tried doing this in various ways but I still get the whole page.

Is it possible to somehow extract just the photo ?
