How to Export from AOL 7.0

A friend needs to reinstall WINXP. AOL 7.0 is required to be reused (required to support his massive eBay trading.)

What is a good way to export "Favorites", "Mail Waiting to be Sent" & "Address Book" in order to transfer these data (presumably as importable files) to the AOL 7.0 that would be part of a complete OS & applications re-installation?

Wow AoL 7? I'm pretty sure AoL 9 is like 5 years old. How ancient is this?

I'm fairly sure I remember exporting AoL mail to some standard format fairly easily from within the UI of something like AoL 4.
