How to exclude certain websites from Google SERPS?

There has to be a way to remove certain websites based upon your logged in Google account.

There is nothing but spam when it comes to sites like Techarena which basically crawls the web and just harvests the data and posts it to their forum.

Anyways, I want to remove certain sites that only steal data from the web and post it as their own. Any ideas?
