Yea, I know, blue book, NADA, etc.... But it's not that simple. I don't need the present value, I need what it was worth in July of 1996 in Los Angeles.

It's a 1992 Honda Civic DX, 4dr, manual, air, cassette, no power windows or locks. At that time, it had about 60K miles on it, and was in good to excellent condition. I bought it used in 1993 with 10K miles on it for about $12K

Any ideas?
 
I've actually helped someone answer this before, weird it's being asked again.

Your best bet is to order a back issue of the LA Times, flip to the Classifieds section and find a comparably equipped Civic.
