How to enter raid setup - Promise 20276

I just bought a Gigabye GA-8PE667 motherboard. How do I enter RAID
setup?

The "Promise Raid Function" manual directs me to press Ctrl-F to enter
"FastBuild", as follows:

...but I do not get that screen. Instead, I get:

(c) 1999-2001 Promise Technology, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

It never asks me to press Ctrl-F or any other key to enter the RAID
setup "FastBuild." How do I do this?

It seems like Gigabyte's documentation is for the Promise BIOS
version 2.00.0, whereas I seem to have BIOS 2.20.1020.
