How to enable triple buffering on an ATI card?

AtiTray tools doesn't install properly, is there a reliable download link? Got it from Guru3d...

I still dont think it gives you the option. People have been asking for TB for a while, but i dont think ATI has incorporated it into any of the programs yet.
