How to enable standby in win2k

I want to enable the stand-by mode in win2k.
It was there before I reinstalled it but since then it disappeard.
does anyone know how to enable this again?

Somewhere in control panel i think it's the power saveing thing.. it ask if you want to enable APM support.

Standby mode is only available if your system was installed as ACPI Computer. Not available in standard PC mode.

Thanks for the help, I just solved the problem by reinstalling win2k and now it's there again.
