Hey guys, I was wondering if it was possible to enable the FXAA setting in the nVidia Control Panel. I know its there and that it has been done but I tried the registry hack and it didnt work. Id really like to implement it in my games and would rather use an official injector rather than some of the files floating around the net. Is there a way? Let me know. Ive googled and googled and searched these forums to no avail so see if you can help me out. Thanks.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to use FXAA so badly? In my experience, the texture quality anti-aliasing doesn't offset the poor texture quality that is a result of the way that it functions.

Step 1: Buy a GTX 680
Step 2: Install 300 series driver
Addentum: NV has stated this driver won't be available for 500 and below cards
Step 3: If you don't have a 680, you have to get inject FXAA and modify your game .exe

lol cuz? FXAA seems to be doing well to make the image better. Id really like to use it with Rise of Flight. And lol GTX 680? Really? I dont have $550 to blow, thank you very much. I DO have a GTX 570 though so thats why Im like to use FXAA...

I thought FXAA was supposed to be an awesome asset. And also - how would I go about injecting FXAA blackend23? I dont understand it all very much...

Bro you can still use FXAA...you need to use FXAA injector....

Gotta do that until NV integrates it into the driver for older cards. Right now it is only available for the 680, i've heard that they will make it available for older cards. Just download the program and it will modify your game .exe's to add FXAA support.

FXAA isn't officially enabled on the 290 series drivers; it's only enabled on the 300 series, which in turn is only out for the GTX 680 so far. But the functionality is already present in the drivers, you just need the right tools to enable it. Search for NVIDIA Inspector; the setting called "Toggle FXAA on or off" will allow you to turn on FXAA at the driver level.

I have an AMD 6850, and use FXAA in all my d3d9 & 10 games via the injector. You have to place the libraries into your game folders that contain the binaries

FXAA, Adaptive VSYNC, and many of the Surround enhancements will be made available for Fermi-based products in the upcoming UDA driver.

GPU Boost and TXAA are Kepler specific.
