i have win xp pro
and i don't know how to enable dma for the hdd and the cd-rom
can someone help me on this
 
It's IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers in Device Manager (asuming you don't use scsi CD-rom or Hard drive). Either Primary or Secondary which connected to your CD-rom or Hard drive.
