How to enable/disable NICs from XP CLI?

Can someone point me to the command-line to enable/disable NICs in Windows XP?

ifconfig isn't there, ipconfig is only for nics which are already enabled.

Other ideas?

Thanks. I found a vbscript here http://groups.google.com/group/microsof...2ff3/2b3fab1141c6c93e#2b3fab1141c6c93e which worked for me. (Not as nice as cmdline, but I was able to build what I needed to toggle the wireless nic on/off).
