How to embed a YouTube video into a post?

No, you can't, and I would like to know what a new member is considering posting that embedding a YouTube video would be necessary. You can just link to it, you know.
 
Just to give a more official answer, as the earlier poster noted, we do not have YouTube embedding enabled. This is for performance reasons (Flash) and because it tends to annoy a great deal of people.
