how to email my excell list

i have a list of people i want to email in an excell spreadsheet
the list has gotten pretty large (about 250 people)
i have their email addresses in one collumn and i wanted to find a way to email them all a letter i wrote without typing each name into outlook
is there a way to import this list or a prg that will allow me to use the excell list to send a letter

export the sheet to a comma delimited text file, should be able to import it somehow from there
