Question How to Edit .pow file?

I'm interested in editing a custom power profile name, I tried doing so already via registry editor, even running it as administrator and I still can't edit the plan name. Did a little search and i'm getting suggestions to upload it to a site? lol no

Is there a way to do it locally; on my pc?

Thanks

Open Windows Terminal and choose either Command Prompt or Windows PowerShell. Enter the command shown below into Windows Terminal. -import powercfg "File name; complete path to the folder. pow" ... If you'd like, you can close Windows Terminal when you're done.
