How To edit my .asp site?

Got FTP access to my .asp site but need to know what I need to use to go ahead and edit my title tags and descriptions from that?
 
Just pull the .asp files down and edit them using a text editor, then upload them back. If all you're editing is the HTML tags then you can use Notepad, but I would recommend Notepad++ as it handles formatting markup correctly so you can see what the structure is.
 
HomeSite is a reasonably priced application. Almost any version is great.

But you will need to download your pages, edit them and reupload them.
