A:

140x5 Bench
95x5 Row
No squats b/c I was sore

B:
155x5 Squat ( Really trying to perfect the form and go deep)
65x5 Press
140 Deadlift ( Still really easy)

Edit: Just did A last night. Now just going to do this work out for 1-2 more months and post results compared to where I started. So far so good.

Quick question: Is it possible to gain muscle/strength AND burn fat at the same time? I def want to put some muscle on, and get stronger but I really need to cut a bunch of fat as well. I am doing that 5x5 program still and I am thinking about adding some cardio into the routine at the end. All I can really think of is setting the treadmill to a 2% incline and going for a 30-40 min jog each time I work out.

Yeah, you just don't get the dramatic results you would if you were in a pure cut or bulk phase.
