How to easily drop 27F with a fine pitch fin HSF

...blow the dust out. It also makes it quieter.

I had some dust clogging the fins and it was making the fan sound like it needed replacing. I blew the dust out and noticed a drop in CPU temp from 132F to 105F. Now if I can just get the dust from getting in there...

fan filter will keep some of the dust form entering, but limit the amount of air going in
