How to duplicate user profiles accounts?

Windows 7... tried both "Easy Transfer" and User Profiles function "Copy To..." (activated with EvilFingers Enabler tool). However, both fail to copy the desktop and at least certain settings. Indeed, the reported size of the profile remains drastically different.
 
Transwiz seems to have done what Easy Transfer could not, and in a like manner (backup to and restore from file) yet requiring less interaction.
