How to dual-boot Windows XP Pro and Windows 98SE?

I'd like to put Windows 98SE on my secondary drive (40GB Fujitsu) and Windows XP Pro on my primary drive (80GB W.D.).

Which O.S. must I load in first? Also, can I use the FAT-32 file system for Windows 98SE and NTFS for Windows XP Pro?

IIRC, you have to install 98 first, then xp. Otherwise you'll need a boot manager like Boot Commander.

It's been a while and could be off, but that's what I remember.

You can format each partition with any filesystem you wish.

But remember that if you format the XP drive with NTFS, when you are booted into Windows 98 it won't see it.
