If you catch another driver in the middle of attempting to pass you, accelerate so that you keep him/her in the oncoming traffic lane as long as possible. When he gives up and gets back behind you, slow down.

I really pissed of this lady in a subaru forester by speeding up as she tried to pass me. There was bumper to bumper traffic in the fast lane and this woman behind me kept trying to cut me off just so she could be in front of me. So what i did was speed up as she tried to pass me on the right and closed the gap and then she'd have to slow down cause of the slow cars in the slow lane. She attempted this 5 times at least and I wouldn't let her pass me and she ended up taking an exit about 5 miles down the road anyway. She was dumb.

I also did this to some jerk driving an suv on the street outside my apartment. It's only 35 through there and he was goind about 50 so i saw him coming up fast behind me and i pulled up next to a guy in the other lane and boxed the suv guy in. He was pissed. He should slow down because it's only 35 through there. He was full of road rage. SUV drivers typically speed anyway, i wish they would all roll over so they could get some sense knocked into them.
