How to do this ? insert the CD and it automatically play

Insert the CD in and if it is audio it will automatically play and if it is data it will install. When eject the title of the CD still appears in there... how can I automatically set to refresh itself withing Win2k ?? Gurus.

When using win2k, if you take a disc out and put a new one in, then it should atomatically play.
