How to display yourself as "me" or something...

In the chat window, I'm always displayed as my screen name, while everyone else is displayed as the nickname I've given them. Is there any way to change my own name to display as "Me" or something in the chat window? Thanks.

Add yourself to your buddy list and nickname it me? That or try GAIM. :shrug;

I'm on Trillian Pro but it should be similar to regular Trillian..under the AIM icon on the main screen, under personal options there's an option for "change locally echoed name".

I'm using the free version of Trillian and it's the same

Ohh, it's in the icon that looks like an envelope.

Yeah it's only an envelope because you have mail, otherwise it'll be a yellow circle..
