How to display mpeg2 thumbnails?

Before I upgraded my computer, I could view mpeg2 thumbnails. I have a lot of mpeg2 files, and this was very handy. Now, since I upgraded and reinstalled all the same software, I can no longer view mpeg2 thumbnails.

Anyone have any suggestions?

goto to the folder where the files reside.....

on the tool menu click "View" then scroll down a bit to "Thumbnails"

Thanks for the try, Souka, but I wish it were that simple. Xp does not have native support for Mpeg2 coding/decoding. I have about four Mpeg2 codecs installed with the most up-to-date one from WinDVD 6 set as default. This codec passes all Windows tests with the Windows Xp Decoder Checkup Utility (DECCHECK). I can get Mpeg1 thumbnails, but no Mpeg2 thumbnails.

So, does anyone have any other suggestions for Mpeg2 thumbnails?
