How to display IE Internet Explorer ON TOP of other windows

Is there a way to display an Internet explorer window on top of other windows -? like with Windows Media Player?

I need to have a small IE window open and need to keep it in the corner and on top of other windows
Does anyone know how to do this?

You could use .hta file, which would start in its own window with all of the possibilities (incl. always on top). HTAs still fully rely on IE to function, but have a much greater flexibility and much more laxed security limitations than the browser.
